Recently I had a conversation where my daughter told me I ask mom for street advice and you for the spirituality. I had to ponder what gave her the idea that I could not hold my own. If so then why did I come off as one or the other and if that is so can they both exist in my consciousness. 

I am excited to have my daughter join me in this podcast as we discuss a bit about her and her experiences moving into her college and adulting period of life. Today was her introduction but we will be looking to make this a regular thing.  

Imagine when emotions arise if you could go back and figure out why they are coming up. Today is just a taste of what we can do and the small steps we can do to move toward success in all we wish to do.
