I am here in conversation with Alloysius who will be speaking about his experience at the therapist. Many people have a misconception about what it's like at the psychologist and because of those there is the fear of visiting one. So, Alloysius is here to speak about his experience with mental health and the therapist!

Let's talk about myths that people think are true, and ask us about it. 

Everyone has some or the other opinion about psychology, therapists, and mental health. We are here to debunk them! 

We don't realise how toxic some relationships can get, and we ignore some that are more intimate than others. It might come as shocking to you, but this is just the tip of the ice-burg- there are a lot more behaviours that we haven't listed out that can be a sign of a toxic relationship. 

There are a lot of relationships out there that we do not even consider, we've explained some in hopes that you guys start to notice and work towards those relationships. 

It is difficult to tell parents that the way they parent is not right, and have them change that. However, we, can change the way we interact with them. 

Procrastination: everyone experiences it, but some understand it. 

It is that time where everyone in school is thinking about what they would like to do for their future, and what career path should they choose. So, we decided to talk about it too!

There are different types of peer pressures - but broadly classified as positive and negative. 

We were having trouble getting our parents to understand what we are trying to say, and how the world works in our perspective, and so we decided to make a podcast about it. Hope you guys can relate too!
