Many times we feel suffering is a necessary part of unconditionally loving those who are most important to us. But there is a way to energetically move from a place of suffering to a place of strictly sending love and support without the need to solve problems that aren’t ours to solve. When you want to help people you love, tell the the truth and then just love.
