Ok, no drinks where had, but as Kenny mentions, this was as if we were catching up at the bar! Kenny is a great friend of mine, someone I respect beyond words and while there will always be differences we do share a lot of likeminded thoughts on a lot of what LIFE is all about. Kenny has served 31 years as a member of the US ARMY, earning the rank of CSM, is a parent, a grandparent and health and fitness coach. He will soon be retiring from the military so we talked about that transition and how things have played out over the last few years leading him to this point.

Stephanie Lawler joined us to talk about all things LIFE. Stephanie, Owner and CEO of Warrior Fitness, a 1st Phorm Elite Trainer and good friend joined us to share her journey in how she first got involved in the fitness space as a cheerleading coach into her journey as a mother and as she made her transition from the teaching world to the fitness space as a personal trainer and online coach. We were also able to dive into what her experience has been raising two young women during the past year and seeing first hand how the pandemic has impacted the growth and development of teenagers including those with special needs.
