She has some questions about her three year relationship with a man seven years older than her and just like they would with their own besties, Ashley, Jessica and Jeanette let her know that there are some major red flags in her relationship.  

Jeanette's daughter, Pearly turns 18 and graduates high school all at the same time.  So the stress and anxiety of no longer receiving financial help from Pearly's dad officially starts to take a toll on Jeanette. The muchachas talk about how they don't understand why most father's believe or feel that they no longer require to do their part as a parent when the child turns 18.

On this episode, the Muchachas have dietitian Heather Anita Garcia Cerda from Guavas & Granadas.  Heather is serving the community through preventative health and therapeutic nutrition.   She will go over how the body works when it comes to what you're eating and that restricting yourself is not always the answer.
