You won’t believe how I met Dom, A friend of mine and I were inside of a store in the middle of Munich, the friend noticed a guy with a huge camera and instead of just walking by like most people he decided, hey let’s talk to that guy and look what he is up too. And guess what he was up to something. It turned out that he and his brother invited their dad to come to Munich with them and watch the soccer team of Bayern Münchnen. He invited us to come out in the evening to a bar we were talking about recording a podcast in Munich but it couldn’t happen so he invited me to London. 

Who is Dom?? When he was 18 he started his first company and since that he never had a normal job. These days he is the CEO of STEMX a technology company that makes video interviewing simple, besides that he is the co-founder of the digital growth company Social Caps that helps other businesses grow their online presence.

It was a pleasure talking with Dom he gave a lot of insights into his mental and day to day processes. Another nugget was that he gave me a lot of valuable information on what it means to start a company in a field where you are a non-expert.

About what do you think when you think about a hypnotist??? Dan is definitely not what you have imagined!!! Dan is a professional hypnotist. But he looks more like a rock musician on a rock concert. The long haired rocker is with his unorthodox personality and looks in a different category than most of the average hypnotists. But this doesn’t stop him from one of his biggest passions helping people to create change in their life’s and become a better version of them self’s.

This Recording happen on a windy afternoon in a small park in London, one day before my birthday in 2019. The topics touch on are focus on inner thoughts about self-esteem and inner work as well as what it took for Dan to change his life.

You won’t believe it, but we first met a few years ago during a fight and yes you heard right I just started training Brazilian jiu-jitsu for the first time. I had experience in some other forms of fighting, but I just dot choked and choked again. (For non-practitioners it means to lose in a fight)

And as usual in these kind of sports you switch partner every round. So round after round I got choked till finally I started roiling with this way more calm and thoughtful partner he didn’t have the biggest muscles, but his technic good and precise but more impressive was his energy and intuition for movement he was peaceful in the eyes of getting choke. A behaviour that only experienced fighters express. You can already guess that’s Hari. Nowadays he is teaching yoga to some of my friends and me (sometimes also wisdom like this audio) This audio recording happened on an afternoon in the English garden Hari and me are talking about his cultural background, philosophy growing up and guess what FIGHTING

 My encounter with Fabian Baggeler

happened quite spontaneously when I was walking down the street one day in downtown Munich. A guy runs up to me and asks me if I want to be part of a YouTube video, so I said yes

This guy was Fabian. 

Making videos was his biggest passion from an early age. 

We kept in touch with Fabian even after his trip to India where he travelled after his school graduation and experienced life from a completely different angle; one of the topics we are discussing in this episode … enjoy
