Wives & Knives

Hello and welcome to this week’s episode of Wives & Knives a true crime podcast with your hosts Dani & Kelly.

Hey everyone, hope you are all keeping safe and well out there. We were feeling very festive this episode as we were wined up and ready for a huge plate of nachos whilst we enjoyed the All Kill No Filla Christmas live stream.

In this episode Dani takes us through the case of Alissa Turney and her sister Sarah’s subsequent campaign for answers about her disappearance, and their fathers involvement.

Please remember that we mean no disrespect to anyone mentioned in this episode, or across any of the Wives & Knives platforms.

We have an interest in true crime and related topics and whilst we may offer our own personal views on certain items it is meant to be educational and as light-hearted as possible. Hello and welcome to this week’s episode of Wives and Knives a true crime podcast with your hosts Dani & Kelly.

We hope everyone is keeping safe & well out there

This week we are keeping it local (ish) because Kelly has a case from Southport.

Back in 1998 Lynsey Wilson was in a relationship with someone who she should have been able to trust and who truly cared for her, instead she was regularly abused and then murdered. This person didn’t stop there though, they went on to lie, ridicule and berate her long after her death; and all in front of the camera. If you can please sign the petition to stop this shit stain being released that’d be grand - Love you all 🖤 D&K xxx

The Annecy shootings, or the Chevaline killings, happened on the 5th September 2012. When three members of the British Al-Hilli family, and a French cyclist named Sylvian Mollier were mysteriously shot to death on the side of the Route Forestière Domaniale de la Combe d’Ire close to the small village of Chevaline near the southern end of Lake Annecy in France.

The perpetrator has never been identified or caught.

This week Dani takes us through the case of Georgina Gharsallah who went missing in March 2018, after leaving her mothers house in Worthing West Sussex. She was 29 years old and left behind her mother, father sisters and two children.

No one knows what happened to Georgina and whilst her Mother campaigns for answers all that has transpired are rabbit holes and unsubstantiated theories along with heavy criticism of The police and coverage of her disappearance in the media.

We hope everyone is keeping safe & well out there and taking care of themselves and the ones they hold dear. Thanks for sticking with us you lovely bunch and for all your support - we appreciate every single one of you D&K xxx

Hello and welcome to this week’s episode of Wives and Knives a true crime podcast with your hosts Dani & Kelly.

We are on a podcast holiday for two weeks after today’s episode so that Dani can get married to the lovely G. Don’t miss us too much and get in touch on the socials - we love you lot D&K xxx🖤

This week it’s a mini update episode focussing on the recent developments in the Claudia Lawrence case. We covered Claudia’s case in full back in episode 5 (Dani say’s 4 in the episode but it is 5) so if you haven’t listened to that perhaps give it a go.

*** after recording this episode there has been a statement from lead investigator Det Supt Wayne Fox said "nothing of obvious significance" was found during searches at Sand Hutton.

A small number of recovered items were being assessed for their forensic potential, he said, but any relevance to Ms Lawrence's disappearance had yet to be established.
