This week, we talk with Cheryl Seidner (Cultural Liaison, Wiyot Tribe), Adam Canter (Natural Resource Specialist, Wiyot Tribe) and Corinne Alton (Wiyot Tribal member) about the wind energy project being proposed for Bear River Ridge and Monument Ridge in central Humboldt County. The project was denied by the County Planning Commission, and is headed to the County Board of Supervisors for an appeal hearing on December 16 at the Adorni Center in Eureka.
