New Train and Deals, Oh my! In this podcast we talk about the new train that Brightline is going to put in from Orlando International Airport to Disney Springs. This train will allow guests to enjoy a quick way to get from the airport to WDW. After they enjoy their time at WDW they can then enjoy some time in South Florida by taking the train to either West Palm Beach or Miami.

We have been reading a lot more about people not wearing their masks at WDW. We talk about what happens to people when they aren't wearing masks. If you don't wear your mask on a ride, you can expect to get called out over the PA system. Worse, people have a blurred ride picture on their Memory Maker.

Park hopping is coming back starting January 1, 2021. You can add this feature onto your tickets when taking your 2021 Disney vacation. Right now it appears that you only need to make one park reservation for the park you initially planning on attending. After 2pm until closing you can park hop away!

We talk about what Disney is saying at the IAAPA conference this week. They discuss moving forward with various construction projects, and new AI-virtual experiences. Construction on things such as the Star Wars: Galactic StarCruiser hotel, Zootopia at Disneyland Shanghai, Marvel Campus at Disneyland California, and a new Fantasy Island at the Tokyo DisneySea.

We get into more detail about the new Star Wars: Galactic StarCruiser hotel. It was originally thought to be a hotel that one could stay for the length of their vacation. However, it seems that now families are only allowed to stay for 2-nights. Disney wants you to be immersed into this experience. There are multiple areas to visit including the Silver C lounge, the Engineering room, and enjoying the experience of wielding a lightsaber.

Lastly, we talk about all the amazing Christmas stuff going on at Universal Orlando Resort. Christmas tree treasure hunts, hot cocoa with the Grinch, and getting up close the Macy day balloons and floats are a just a few things we discuss.

The ONE with the debate of which Rides are Overrated and Underrated. This week Kennywood in Pittsburgh, PA announced they would be getting rid of four of their iconic rides. Of course, this produced some very negative comments to the parks Facebook page, and the fruition of many petitions. However, it got me thinking about what rides at Walt Disney World could be cut.

In our debate, we talked about overrated rides based on their long wait times and shortness of duration on the actual ride. We also discussed which rides are underrated based them being iconic but with really no wait times.

We picked a few rides in the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom that we thought could be replaced or possibly redone. Since there are so many rides to choose from, we picked a few and discussed our thoughts. Feel free to let us know your thoughts in the comments below.

In this episode we talk about updates on the Tron roller coaster at Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom. The pavilion for the Tron roller coaster is going up and the track for the ride is expanding out into the pavilion which shows major progress. We also talk about the Ratatouille ride and how it is similar to the one in Disneyland Paris, and where are they with possibly finishing it.

Rise of the Resistance has a new queue for all guest with a park reservation and valid ticket. No more getting up at 3am for guest. Then lastly we talk about the Velocicoaster over at Islands of Adventure at Universal Orlando Resorts. We talk about the harness for this coaster and the details of velocirators placed through the ride.
