Keith has performed globally and locally. He's a well-sought-after lead and background vocalist. He has recorded and performed with such artists as Ashford & Simpson, Diana Ross, Olivia Newton John, Roberta Flack, The Pet Shop Boys, Harry Belafonte, Patti LaBelle, Patti Austin, LaBelle, Cyndi Lauper, Michael Jackson, Martha Wash, Celine Dion and a host of others as well as many independent artists of today. Keith also co-wrote songs recorded by Celine Dion. Keith released his first dance single which held the number one spot for 2wks on Traxsource as well as being in the top 20 on Billboard. Keith is also a very sweet and humble soul. I am so happy to finally have him on the show!
Reginald Todd has molded himself into an artist who transitions fluidly from Soulful R&B to Pop to Dance to Jazz and even Country music.   Under the guidance of David Koonen, Reginald Todd created the material that would eventually become his debut EP release on Aardvark Record's label titled "Reginald Todd's Mean House Collection Volume One". "This is a dream come true for me! I am so grateful to David for believing in me and giving me the opportunity I've worked so hard for!" says Reginald. His Duet with DeVonde Williams caught my ear and I'm so excited to speak with him today!

  • El Debarge Jr. on Brunch In The Basement With JaVonne
Every R&B lover must know the legendary music of the singing group called DeBarge. And if you know DeBarge, then you know the silky smooth falsetto of Mr. El DeBarge. On this show, we welcome his son, El Debarge Jr aka ELove. Not only does the young man bare a resemblence to his handsome father, but he is coming to us with his first CD release. Yes ladies and gentlemen, there is a new generation of Debarge right here on Brunch on The Basement with JaVonne.
eLove aka El DeBarge Jr., namesake of the famous Motown singer El DeBarge, has released his first solo EP album on Industry Family Entertainment. The EP record is titled The Lion's Den and is a collection of original R&B and modern-soul tracks both written and performed by El DeBarge, Jr. The Lion's Den is an expertly executed, tastefully composed record that is sure to solidify young DeBarge as one of the year's most important up-and-coming R&B artists.
The Lion's Den EP is not his only recent activity, however, as he has also released a new video for his single, "Shawty R U OK." The video, like the track itself, as well as the entirety of DeBarge's material, showcases DeBarge's professional-yet-unpretentious demeanor. The music video, which is expertly directed by Will J. Smith, shows that El is obviously ready for the global arena of sound and stage performance. R&B fans, El DeBarge Jr. fans, and new listeners alike are encouraged to see the complete music video here (and on a myriad other music of websites worldwide):
