  • NH Unscripted with Kelsey Domeny
Today’s guest Kelsey Domeny. Mother, podcaster, photographer, mentor, entrepreneur, speaker and author. And that’s just on her slow days! Kelsey stopped by to talk mainly about co-authoring her new book “Next Best Yes” (due out in March) and its companion podcast by the same name (available now). Kelsey walks what she talks. “Next Best Yes” explores how we can take practical next steps with God as we activate our faith even when it doesn’t make sense. Writing a book is time consuming and a daunting task on its own, but, add in self publishing, creating a new podcast, mentoring others, etc and now you’ve got your own Next Best Yes. We discuss why she and Mike (her husband) decided to write the book, what it’s all about, what the heck is “imposter syndrome” and a whole lot more! https://www.kelseydomeny.com/thegrove.html

  • The Sports Machine w / Slim | Patrick Mahomes Or Tom Brady?
The Sports Machine with Slim welcomes Mitty into the studio today. Mitty created a fun Patriots parody song that we debuted on the WKXL airwaves a few weeks ago. We enjoy having him in the studio and today Slim asked him to come prepared with a "take". But what Mitty showed up with is laughable. Or is it?Patrick Mahomes is better than Tom Brady. That's what you bring us, Mitty? How dare you. But as Mitty gives us the reasons why he believes this, he does start to make some sense. Brady won 3 championships in his first 6 years. Mahomes has won 2 already and has a chance to win his 3rd in a couple of weeks. Mahomes QBR is much better than Brady's. From a statistical standpoint, the case can be made that Mahomes is better. But that's where the comparison ends. Slim throws down the hammer on today's thrilling episode of The Sports Machine with Slim!

  • The Sports Machine w / Slim | Let's Go Old School
"Come on everybody! Let's go streaking!" Last night, my wife watched the movie Old School for the first time. Vince Vaughn and Will Ferrell at their finest. Snoop Dogg makes a great appearance too. What does this have to do with sports? Let's dive into that with The Sports Machine with Slim!
The roads on the way to work this morning were an absolute travesty. Slim rants about that to open things up. Then our incredible sports talk callers take over. Ozzie wonders if the Celtics are shooting too many threes. My Brother Dave predicts the under in the Baltimore/SF NFC Championship game on Sunday. The Pistol tells everybody to take the opposite of his picks....and then proceeds to tell everyone that he loves Baltimore this weekend. OK. • NH Unscripted with Jim Rosenberg
Today’s guest was attorney Jim Rosenberg. It was a great ride as Jim (with an unbelievable memory) tells the story of a murder that took place in Concord where the victim was bludgeoned to death by being beaten over 80 times with an axe! And then he tops THAT story with a tale of a section of Concord that no longer exists called…wait for it…Peckerville. Oh yeah we went there!
Jim is a Partner at Shaheen & Gordon, P.A. and the Chair of its Criminal Defense Practice Group, focusing his practice in the areas of criminal defense, white-collar defense and DWI / DUI defense.
