After a six year absence from the sport, Melanie Lacroix is getting back in the cage at BAMMA USA March 8th. She will take on Brooksie Bayard in her return to the cage.

We will talk to Lacroix about preparing to return to MMA, being a mom, and  shaking off cage rust.

The current XFC flyweight champion, Pearl Gonzalez has come from being one of the top pankration fighters in the USA to being a rising star at 125.

Having moved from Chicago to San Diego, Gonzalez now trains with the San Diego Combat Academy with UFC fighter Liz Carmouche.

We will talk to Gonzalez about her successful 2013 and her upcomign fight with Kelly Warren at XFO March 21.

Outside of the cage, Gina Begley is one of the more repestced WMMA journalists around. A writer for Bluegrass MMA and host of the ProWMMANow podcast, she is an expert on the Kentucky and Ohio MMA scenes as well as WMMA in the region.

We will talk to Begley about some of the big issues in WMMA inclduing Ronda's title run, Cyborg to 135, and the future of Invicta.

2-1 as a pro, Rachael Cummins is looking for her third straight as she takes on Tyra Parker at BAMMA USA March 28th.

We will talk to Cummins about working her way up the ladder and training for the her first fight of 2014.

Washington based fighter Elizabeth Phillips went 2-0 in 2013, and is hoping to continue that streak when she faces Rachael Swatez  at Conquest of the Cage March 1.

We will talk to Phillips about taking on some of the best bantamweights in the world and working her way up the ladder.

From a new hotbed of MMA in North Carolina, Nicole Hunt Ertzberger is in her second year as a MMA fighter. With a record of 2-1, she is looking for a solid win over Amy Bybee.

We will talk to Ertzberger about training on the east coast, her prospects this year, and how she is looking to take on a wide open 115 division.

Based out of Lousianna, Andrea Lee is strting to make waves at 125 in the amateur ranks.

The BJJ specialist and local boxing champ is riding a three fight win streak and will look for her 4th as she takes on Alyssa Vasquez at GFA in Alexandria, LA Feb. 8.

We will talk to Lee about what will be a busy couple of months, being a mom, and her apsirations in 2014.

Having trained in BJJ since age 15, Miriam Cardoso only took 3 months to win her first national title in Brazil. The black belt has won 4 world titles and has made her home in Redmond, WA.

Cardoso will try her hand at MMA when she takes on Katie Howard in what will be Cardoso's pro debut.

We will talk to Cordoso about making the transition to MMA and helping train the next gernation of BJJ champions.

Undefeated as a pro, Randa Markos-Thomas is one of the rising stars in the strawweight division. Thomas is looking for her 4th win as she takes on fellow undefeated fighter Justine Kish at RFA's card in Los Angeles, CA.

We will talk to Thomas about preparing for the fight, her beginnings as a fighter, and the possability of her trying out for "The Ultimate Fighter 20".

Starting he MMA career in 2006 and one of the cast of the reality show "Fight Girls", Jennifer Tate went 6-1 in MMA until she decided to take some time off in 2010 to start a family. In 2012, she took a trip to Thailand to train Muay Thai and decided to take up some boxing matches in 2013.

In 2014 she is looking to come back to MMA.

We will talk to Tate about her return to the cage and how her fights in training in 2013 is helping her improve her game.
