Today we are honoring those who have helped and motivated the women's divisions. We will be handing out our annual Mia Hayes Memorial Inspirational  Fighter of the Year to a fighter who inspires others to obtain goals, and the Legacy Award, which we hand out to spotlight an individual who has given to the women's divisions helping it make an impact and grow.

We kick off with the winners of the Sponsor and Promotion of the Year for 2013.

Glena Avila has been a staple of the Oregon MMA scene for many years and has helped shape WMMA in the area. As an amateur fighter, she was undefeated.

During this time, a film crew will covering her life inside and outside the cage, and produced "Glena", a documentry that has recently become a sleection at the world famous SlamDance Film Festival.

We will talk to Avila about the movie and her possibility of trying out for The Ultimate Fighter 20.

Undefeated fighter Maegan Goodwin has been making waves as she has been nominated for the WMMA Press Awards Amateur Fighter of th Year. We talked to her this past July, and since then picked up two more wins.

We will discuss they year that was for Goodwin and her aspirations for 2014.

At only 18 years of age and still in high school, Agnieszka Niedzwiedz is undefeated as a professional MMA fighter, gaining her fourth win in her Cage Warriors debut earlier this month.

We will talk to Niedzwiedz about her recent win, how she got started in MMA, and her bright future in the sport.

The day after InvictaFC 7, we will take a look back at the 9 fight card with two fighters that also cover the sport.

Rach Wiley is the co-host of the "Promoting Women" podcast and is fighting in a few weeks at Dangerfire. Wiley does the show on Sundays with Jason Adams.

Emily Bartee is the co-host of the "Pro WMMA Now" podcast and is looking forward to fighting in her MMA debut soon. She has competed in Muay Thai and grappling, and is the right hand gal of Gina Begley on their Monday podcast.  

We will break down the fights and talk about the future of Invicta.

With InvictaFC vastly approacing, we will run down the card with two people that know a thing or two about being the cage.

Gina Begley is an amateur fighter out of Kentucky and hosts the "ProWMMANow" podcast. Currently 4-2, the working mom holds an amateur MMA title and have seen vast improvement in her fighting and interview skills.

Swayze Valentine will have the best seat in the house, as she will be the cut woman for InvictaFC 7. Breaking a barrier in her own way, Valentine has become one of the up and coming cutperson in the business.

Both will make their picks for the upcoming card.

A long time vet of MMA and a friend of the show, Roxanne Modafferi was a part of the historic first female cast of the UFC's "Ultimate Fighter". Modafferi had trained and lived in Japan for nearly a decade before making her way to Vegas to train full time.

We will talk to Modafferi about the show, her fight future, and her new fight home at Syndicate MMA.

Breanna Armstrong, managing editor of "Ultimate MMA Magazine" will be co-host with our regular host MarQ.

Texas's Amber Stautzenberger has been making waves in 2013 and on the verge on being sign to a major promotion. The strawweight is 3-1 and will have her toughest test to date in InvictaFC vet Lacey Schuckman.

We will talk to Stautzenberger about her momentum coming into the fight and the expanding Texas MMA scene.
