As vaccine appointments opened for restaurant workers in California this week and indoor dining begins at reduced capacity, Tyler, Matt and Amanda get on the phone with the CEO of the California Restaurant Industry to talk about getting back to business, and the toll this year has taken. Then, a fried chicken sandwich tasting ensues. McDonalds has entered the battle with its own hot chicken sandwich…the question is, does it measure up?
