We spoke to Stephanie from Advised by Steph who is a lawyer from Dallas, Texas. She helps influencers negotiate the best deals. We talked about her life in corporate law and how she now helps clients understand their value when asking for what they want. Too many emotions of not being good enough can result in signing bad deals. She helps her clients navigate through these emotions to get them the money that they deserve. We were so excited to speak to this bad ass woman.

I've put this meditation together if anyone is struggling financially, even if they are not and want to be more relaxed around money then this will help. At the beginning I want you to create awareness to your feelings around money and then there is a short meditation.

I got asked by one of my clients to put together a meditation for her nieces and nephews. Then I thought they can't be the only children experiencing some sort of emotional issue going back to school. This meditation is children who are feel anxious, perhaps feel disconnected from their friends and themselves at school and dealing with a completely new environment.
