A Certified Life Coach and Trainee Belief Coding®️ Facilitator, Faye is on a mission to empower women to super sleuth their life and 'weight loss' so they can find food and life freedom plus change their relationship with food at the core.
Faye envisions a time when all women can ditch outdated weight loss methods and fads instead flourishing in holistic well-being, bidding farewell to restrictive diets and embracing joy in every corner of life and 'weight loss' so they can unlock their inner strength, nurture self-love, and cultivate lasting positive transformations.
She seeks to do this with her unique method the Triple-A-Way™️ Food & Life Freedom Method. It's a down-to-earth, common-sense, and transformative approach and is the secret sauce to excelling in both life and ‘weight loss’. Built on intuitive eating, mindfulness, life coaching, and Belief Coding®, Faye champions self-love and curiosity as she guides women to craft their own 'weight loss' journey that integrates with their unique lives.
Faye is also the host of "The Wellness 4 Women Show" Podcast and YouTube Show available on all major outlets, for women who are sick of diets that left them stuck and want to change their relationship with food at a deeper level all based around general holistic well-being with a touch of joy.
Faye's personal weight loss journey was the catalyst for her becoming a coach as she found her weight loss journey was more than a physical transformation – it was a rediscovery of purpose and inner strength. Overcoming self-esteem challenges, doubts, and fears, she's now on a mission to offer understanding and support to women on similar journeys. As a single perimenopausal mum balancing work and business, she understands the delicate dance of life and well-being and why you need a unique solution.
