Romi Grossberg moved from Phnom Penh Cambodia to Koh Phangan Thailand in 2013. Living in a secluded part of the island she wrote three books whilst continuing her career as a therapist.
She currently works online and in-person as a counsellor for individuals and couples as well as running workshops and trainings in personal development and professional development to private groups, NGO’s and schools on mental health, emotional health & well-being, communication, self-care.
Qualified in Social Work and Social Science and further trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Mental Health, Communication, Train the Trainer and more, Romi loves to share her skills to help others lead socially, emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually healthy lives.
Since COVID she has presented at numerous forums around Chiang Mai, Koh Samui and Mae Sot on the COVID impact on mental health and emotional well-being, helping communities understand the individual and community impact and providing practical self-care strategies.
