Women of Substance with Dr. Scarlett Horton⁣
Episode 24 - Dr. Scarlett Horton, "Esther and the Favor of God"
    __________⁣
A Woman of Substance is a woman who understands how to walk in the favor of God that rests on her life. It is the same power that rested on Jesus when He proclaimed, "The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed, to proclaim the year of the Lord's favor." (Luke 4:18-19)
The favor of God opens locked doors, brings prosperity, and influences the powerful, but it also obligates us to use our position of favor to extend that favor to bring justice for the oppressed. "Who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?" (Esther 4:14).
In this episode, Dr. Scarlett breaks open the Word to look at the life of Esther; how this orphan girl in a foreign land was elevated to second-in-command in the kingdom because of the Lord's unmerited favor on her life. The favor of God positioned her to bring deliverance to her entire nation. Your faith will be enlarged as you watch.⁣
