Helen Knott is a Dane-Zaa and Nehiyaw woman and social worker from the Prophet River First Nations residing in Fort St. John, British Columbia, Canada. She is a writer, activist (for Indigenous land rights in Canada), poet, and advocate with works published in Red Rising Magazine, the Malahat Review, CBC Arts, and many others. With four studio albums under her belt, JB sees her songs as a way of capturing oral history, and isn’t afraid to write lyrics that speak to challenging subjects like residential schools and missing and murdered indigenous women.

Mazu gives children and parents a place to communicate and connect, creating the "digital family village". - the antidote to social media, that will awaken families with love. Sport teams and brands have used Mazu as a secure channel, to connect fans and their kids, celebrating common interests and sharing content. Professional leagues such as the NHL, NBA, WNBA and MLS have joined the movement, leveraging Mazu's platform as their core engagement strategy for families.
