June 29, 2016The Horse Show: Julia KrajewskiGermany's rising star of eventing Julia Krajewski has just been named as a reserve for the Rio Olympics in a year which is already the highlight of her career. Riding Samourai du Thot, the 27 year old rider who is based in Warendorf, the home of the German Federation's training center, made a big impression by finishing third at the recent Luhmuhlen CCI4* event in Germany. The pair led after dressage at their first four star event and completed a foot perfect round on the cross country to convince the team selectors to name them for their first Olympic call up. In the meanwhile, they will have the honor of being the guinea pig dressage ride at Aachen CIC03* on July 15-16 to get the feel of a big arena.
