Born In St. Peterburg, Russia. At the age of 16 immigrated to Israel without parents and spent 3 years in boarding school. Completed her Bachelor's and Master in Industrial Engineering in Technion and then decided to pursue her Ph.D. in Canada. She came to Canada in 2003 to study in the Schulich School of Business. During her studies, she was offered to teach and accepted the invitation. When completed her Ph.D. studies in Operations Management, She found a job as a Professor at Pilon School of Business, Sheridan College, where she has been working since.

Steffany Powell was a born storyteller. When she was three, she would call down to her mom in the parent's home office to get the spelling of certain words because she was writing stories. She would also write plays for younger cousins to perform. When she learned how to make sock puppets, she would perform elaborate dramas and comedies for her family.

Teri Riley believes all women and girls are beautiful and created with value and purpose. She is dedicated to empowering her clients to love who they are regardless of their life’s challenges and adversities.

Teri has had a fashion business for over 8 years and is currently a personal stylist for a women’s designer clothing company. She has helped hundreds of women of different shapes, sizes, and ethnicities express their unique personalities and values through fashion.

In addition to her fashion expertise, she has extensive experience as a billing and finance manager. She is happily married with 3 children and continues to spend her free time learning and experimenting with clothes and accessories, exercising her unlimited creativity in the world of fashion and self-expression.

Being in management taught me how to coach people, bringing out their strengths and teaching them how to manage their weaknesses. Coaching came naturally to me, and my friends, family, and people that I didn’t even know often came to me for advice and help with all sorts of issues, both professional and personal. Every time I was able to help it felt rewarding and I understood this was a unique gift from God that I needed to expand. As of this year, I have become a certified Life Coach. I now know that this is my life’s purpose and I am here to help others grow into their higher selves. To do so requires that we go beyond the weeds of our mind that hold us back and limit the growth of the things we wish to cultivate. This is why I chose the name: Beyond the Weeds coaching service.

Carmelle became a member of a local running club and has participated in about two dozen half marathons, three full NYC Marathons, and countless numbers of virtual and shorter distance races. Williams, PhD is the founder and (Co-owner John Williams) Director of Heart-to-Heart Coaching; a certified professional Image Consultant/ Executive consulting that shows people how to look and feel good about personal development, leadership, and success. Varil received her Doctor of Philosophy in July 2015. Master’s Degree in Counseling in May 2004. Bachelor’s degree in Social Work in April 2000. She received greater success in their businesses and personal lives serving clients of Faith by achieving a Board Certified Christian Counseling certificate/ from the National Association of Christian Counseling (NACC). Varil, gained expertise in the nuts and bolts of sales, marketing, business, and leadership from her years of Entrepreneurship experience and training.
