Shannon also thrives in creating community & has a passion for serving women who know they are capable of more in their lives.

Nicole Odom was born in Fort Lee, Virginia. Completed her undergrad at Strayer and graduated from Lincoln University with a Master’s in Human Services.

In 2010, she founded Focus Point Solutions, LLC. Initially founded as a transitional housing program, it later became a chain of Assisted Living facilities and then eventually Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment programs and Mental Health Centers. Currently, she has four locations in Maryland and still has plans for expansion to other states.

AnnieHardock arrived in Canada from Hong Kong in 1980 and pursued her Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics. After successfully starting a systems consulting company serving the financial industry in the early-90s and a home-based online business in the mid-90s, Annie spearheaded a successful networking group in 1998 that is now in its second decade of existence.

Mishawn Williams wine life began in May 2009 on a tasting tour whilst bicycling through Sonoma. She started as an independent Wine Ambassador through Direct sales and once she started to understand all of the benefits like the freedom to creatively direct and design her own business, mentor others and work from home (not to mention the business trips to wine country!), she decided to try the wine business industry. It tapped into her entrepreneurial spirit while still offering a structure with which to guide her. She has been loving it and has grown her business ever since and expanded into her full-time career.

Natalie Lee Martin, is a dynamic, inspiring, and creative leader and speaker. As a former professional academic, Natalie uses her experiences and insights from the classroom to teach, inspire and lead others to pursue greatness in all aspects of life. As an author, she has published three books during the pandemic, one of which has become Amazon’s #1 New Release.

Loretta Williams is no stranger to her community, teaming up and volunteering with nonprofits like “Summer in the City”, and Hype Kids Club mentoring children. Greening of Detroit planting flowers across the City of Detroit, Life Remodeled cleaning up blight in our inner city, and Forgotten Harvest helping to feed local low-income families.

She also works with a nonprofit called Detroit Brown Moms & The Avalon Village helping local Detroit moms develop budgets, and find unique ways to develop different streams of income. Helping others is her passion, she is selfless, ambitious, and determined to make a difference!

Dr. Gina Wong (she/her/elle) is the Founder and Ambassador of the Asian Gold Ribbon Campaign, which she initiated during the pandemic, after the Georgia mass killing that included 6 Asian women in the U.S., in March 2021. Dr. Wong is a psychologist and professor in Canada. She was born in Montreal, Quebec to Chinese immigrant parents; and is a mother of 3 children.

Pastor Cynthia Hearse is a native of Wharton, TX, and has been in the ministry of proclaiming God’s Word for thirty-two years and pastoring for five years. Pastor Cee has an Associate Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s in Accounting. Realizing her purpose in life, she attended and graduated from Hilliard Vocational Bible Institute, a two-year program with courses of study designed to provide training to believers who sense a call of God on their lives to work in ministry. Pastor Cee has been commissioned by God to bring healing and restoration to the heart and minds of God’s people.
