Today we are going to talk about depression – the kind of depression you get after something big happens – the win – the promotion – the baby – the wedding – and we will learn how to handle that from a man named Elijah who felt so depressed he wanted to die.
As Christians we should be the MOST LOVING people in regards to this election! You can vote for who you want. You can talk about who you are voting for. We have to stop fighting and stop arguing with people because Jesus asks us to do one thing: LOVE others and that means during the election season too!
When our life changes, we have to remember that we are a small part of God’s big picture! When we can remind ourselves of that – it will help us make it through the difficult days knowing God is always doing something important in our lives!
Trusting God. How do we learn to do that? We go to school! Join us today as we see how Abraham “learned” how to trust God!

Noah was a man who persevered through a wicked generation and stood up for God in the midst of it! He was ridiculed and laughed at for doing what God asked him to do and we can learn valuable lessons from his life! “If you don’t let your past die…it won’t let you live" is a great reminder that no matter what you have ever done in your life that you are ashamed of – God is not done with you yet!!
Today we will talk about Mary - the mother of Jesus – a woman clearly blessed by God but the Catholic church teaches things about her that are not biblically true. Can we pray to Mary? Is she a perpetual virgin? Is she Co-Redeemer with Jesus and Mediatrix of grace? These are shocking statements and very unbiblical so in this session we will talk about this and the extra books in the Catholic bible called the Apocrypha.
Whatever is going on in your life - there is a bigger picture that we can’t see! We tend to look at life in the natural realm but what if we start looking at life through the eyes of “God is doing something!”
Jesus said salvation is based on Him alone but is that what the Catholic church teaches? Is Purgatory biblical? Why is "grace" different from a Catholic perspective than a biblical perspective? Is Catholicism a "works based religion?" Join us for a very important and informative hour with Mike Winger!
