Breaking up is challenging. Breaking up with kids involved can be really tough. In this week's episode, I reflect on how kids might respond when parents are separating/divorcing and the main ways to help them get through it.
In this episode, we're talking motherhood, expatriate life and being authentic with Doha based Empowerment Coach Elizabeth Wood who left a career in PR & Marketing to open her own business in order to have a more balanced work-home life routine. She talks about her passion for coaching, why she views empowerment coaching as a way of life rather than a job, her thoughts on taming tantrums and why it's important for parents to love what they do. To find out more about Elizabeth and the work she does with parents, teens and in the corporate world check out the InspireMe website.

Reflections on a hectic week, the realities of reconnecting with my son after being a working mum for a few years and why sometimes you just have to go and sit in the car to get yourself back on track. Leave your voice notes on how you cope when it all gets on top of you with your children or students and what would drive you to sit in a hot car for a bit of peace and order 7 Up at midnight!
