This crazy strict diet used to be all the rage with Buddhist monks practicing Sokushinbutsu, but the goal wasn't a five step weight loss program. Oh no, this process was meant to shrink your organs to raisins and preserve your living corpse. Better still - No Artificial Preservatives!
