In this episode I go over the importance of self-care and making time to rest. In the last segment, I explain my new understanding of the Sabbath as I express the joy of my birthday being Saturday as well. Motivation for this episode comes from the experience of my first author's meet and greet.

This episode begins with excitement for the New Year! I express all that I am thankful for and looking forward to as the year rolls on. The last segment is about my wonderful experience with the Sabbath! 

This episode contains three segments. In the first, we briefly discuss how our holidays are not exactly as they seem. In the second segment we discuss some days that we actually should be celebrating. And in the last we briefly touch on the close of the year. 

I begin this episode with the Black Business Boost in which I talk about the new product that will be available soon! I also give a shout out to Tahmara Mars with Harmonee Jewelry as she and I have partnered up to bring forth this new product. Next we go into the Keeping It Real segment where I do some explaining about the resistance that some people may feel when it comes down to dealing with natural items like cystals, energy work, and oils. I then go into a small study group session. Lastly, I end the podcast encouraging the listeners to truly love themselves for who they are, just as they are. 

We start this episode with the Black Business Boost. I had a great time at Saturday's Singles Mixer and I met a group of amazing entrepreneurs. Of course I had to make shout outs for them ;-) Then we get into the Keep It Real segment where I ask for some help as I strive to understand what is happening with today's men/women dynamic. 

In the first segment of this episode I encourage the listeners to never let go of their dreams. Sometimes a pause or break is required. However, to give up should never be an option. Always pursue that thing that brings you joy that money can't buy. The struggle with my massage business has been long and very real. I would have seen it become a reality if I had stopped trying. However, I hung in there and so should you. In the second segment, I go over another tool of the mind, the hammer. I also share some interesting information that I recently received.

Today's episode consists of two segments: the Black Business Boost and Keeping It Real. In the Black Business Boost I share the updates and upgrades to 3 of my businesses. The Keep It Real segment contains my opinion of what I feel is really happened with some of these so called Black Movements.

In this episode I speak of my Aunt Lynn as today is her birthday. She has passed away and I miss her deeply. However, I have found a comfort and a peace that I share with all who listens. We all experience the sting of death as it is a part of life. But a proper understanding gives that sensation an entirely new meaning.
