Chris Wood who signed for Nottingham Forest on a permanent deal for the price of £19m and it was believed to be a one year deal, however it seems that Woods contract will actually expire at the end of next season. Along with teammate Ola Aina both players are expected to be at the City Ground for the next campaign, as Aina contract has been extended for a further year.

Martin O'Neill might be one of the miracle men, but that doesn't stop him taking every chance possible to have a dig at his former employees. O'Neill this time fired shots at current boss Nuno, after Nuno talked about the togetherness in the player group both since he arrived and before. However it seems like O'Neill might have misunderstood Nuno's words as O'Neill claimed "You know if I was Steve Cooper I’d be absolutely raging about that it’s as if to say there was no togetherness before he arrived at the football club"

With an away trip down to London on the horizon this weekend to take on Tottenham Hotspurs, we do have some injury news on former Forest star Brennan Johnson, after he seemed to go off injured in their last match against West Ham this week.
