Generally, human FEELINGS COME AND GO … RISE AND FALL. They are REAL, but they are often NOT RELIABLE. They are mostly CIRCUMSTANTIAL. FEELINGS usually AFFECT OUR SPIRITUAL LIVES, too.

THIS IS A DECISIVE MOMENT … you can stop carrying the weight of DOUBT, DISAPPOINTMENT, FRUSTRATION, and DISTRESS.

God is NOT SHAMING YOU. He’s INVITING YOU to COME CLOSER. “COME JUST AS YOU ARE!!!” Bring Him your SMALL FAITH. Bring Him your HURT PLACES. Bring Him your “NO WAY” and the OUTCOMES you STILL DON’T UNDERSTAND.

PRAYING with the WRONG HEART-MOTIVE CAN BE DETRIMENTAL to the OUTCOME of our prayers. GOD MAY NOT ANSWER your prayer because HEART-DESIRES NEED TO BE ADJUSTED!

PRAYING FOR THE WILL OF GOD is a POWERFUL AND HUMBLING act of SURRENDER!!! It ALIGNS OUR HEARTS AND MINDS with GOD’S PURPOSES … even when we DON’T FULLY UNDERSTAND.
