Escape Average is an episode that highlights a huge part of my life and my continuous growth as a leader within my business and this podcast. Eric Camehl is an OEF & OIF Veteran, business owner and entrepreneur from whom I have learned so much from during this episode. Escaping Average is something that as individuals we should aspire to continuously obtain. Average relationships, friendships, work spaces, jobs the list goes on but most importantly escaping the average mentality. My wish for all of you is to grow and continue to grow. Change is uncomfortable and it causes you to be inconvenient to those around you. There is a fine line between who you were, who you are and who you will become, if you want to change you need to go through a process of elimination with your habits and those around you. This road is only meant for you to walk through, only then will you be of high value to those you leave behind. I heard this once, “ allow your convictions to make you inconvenient.” You are the only one that can decide wether or not the change you are making is positive or negative.

I have a million dollar mindset. One of the things I’m most proud of is the way I’ve developed my mindset through the years. I sat and starred at the title of this book and was in awe of what I was thinking. Every experience is meant for us to learn, the only way we learn is by living.
