How good do you have to be to be saved? What must you do? These questions haunt many people today because of guilt and shame. Therefore, they either reject God or place a great burden on themselves to earn their way to heaven. Luther, too, struggled with this question. What he discovered in Scripture lifted his soul so much that he felt as if he were born again.
Today, we continue on in our series about the Solas of the Reformation. Sola is Latin for “alone.” The Solas are: Scripture Alone, Faith Alone, Grace Alone, Christ Alone, to God be the Glory Alone.
