With the hustle and bustle of an age of technology, we can have a hard time dealing with the effects that it can have on our mental state.

Not only that, but even the Psalmist addresses this topic in Psalm 43:5, “Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? hope in God: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God.”

With being in the health and wellness industry, I  talk to people constantly dealing with anxiety and depression. Did you know that God’s Word says that He will lead us through, that He will be there in those times, and that there’s an answer?
