Learning to find peace with myself as I was raised and also find peace with how I am doing helping the next generation

volunteerism: Age 12-18 versus Age 33

Picking myself up again after falling into my red zone, finding my green as I reflect on the foolishness of pushing when I was in the yellow several times and feeling burned out

Learning to prioritize my time to be as much of a blessing as possible for the physical needs of 7 mouths for 1-2 weeks
