Grateful for healing my communication patterns, lrarning how to find gratitude and soace and grace for myself to just embrace what is, and just being ok with what I am able and capable of doing. Grateful to be putting my brain and memory to good use, and feeling super grateful for my friends Steph and Aimie from http://www.colorswithinus.com/leveling-up/ letting me try out a meaningful hope generating health coaching session with them yesturday😁 I am soo excited to repopulate my inner microbiome and allow for the healing within me to radiate and perpetuate like a ripple effect to increase my own self-reliance and others around me

New years Day is as exciting to me as my birthday- maybe more- its a day of being totally aware and grateful for all I have been able to become and receive in the past year and carrying forward the ideas and intentions that are only going to get better in the new year
