I’ve had the seven deadly sins on my mind lately. For some strange reason I’ve heard that expression all my Christian life, but really didn’t know from whence it came. I’ve never read it in the Bible, and I wasn’t sure how one sin is worse than another, (save blasphemy of the Holy Spirit,) which is called out in Scripture as being unforgivable. Tomorrow I will board a plane and head for Fiji. It is a 24 – hour flight so you might have some interruption in Words for the Day. I know a guy who tells me that he is an atheist. He states that if God were to write His name in the sky He would believe in Him. I just laughed and told him that CNN would just explain it away as some type of natural phenomenon like a plane leaving a vapor trail and he would blow it off like he does everything else.
