I’ve always enjoyed coloring, I love coloring on coloring books, and I love the different colors that are offered! I believe life to be like coloring, because I believe that God will always give us a new page to color and when He does you can color it the way you want, especially because the Lord gives you the page and colors! God always gives us a new page, a new style, and a new method in order for us to color the way that will be great and good for us! Psalm 145:10 NASB [10] All Your works shall give thanks to You, O LORD, And Your godly ones shall bless You.

God always has a way!! It is amazing and even crazy when you think about it, there will be times and moments within the realms of our lives that we all face difficulties and challenges yet God always has a way!! Jeremiah 29:11 NASB [11] For I know the plans that I have for you,' declares the LORD, 'plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope.

There are times in life, that we all have to deal with changes and adjustments! You never will have things remain the same, there will always be a time and moment that things will change! It is not always the change we want, but there comes a time that we all have to adjust to the changes within our lives because God is the orchestrator of change! Isaiah 43:18-19 ESV [18] "Remember not the former things, nor consider the things of old. [19] Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.

Life can be a celebration, but what happens when the celebration is over!?!? There are times in our lives, that we really have to examine ourselves and the motives behind why we do what we do! Everyone isn’t going to support you, and you have to also make sure you what you do is for the glory of God! Proverbs 16:3 ESV [3]Commit your work to the LORD, and your plans will be established.

There are times that you have to utilize this action “Block”. Some stuff in our lives come up to distract us, to discourage us, and even for us to second guess ourselves! It’s in those times that you have to block it out, you have to ignore it, and you have to reject it because you know what the Lord has spoken and confirmed to you! Proverbs 10:17 ESV [17] Whoever heeds instruction is on the path to life, but he who rejects reproof leads others astray.

As you live with the Lord, there is something that is very important and that is to keep walking! One thing you’ll discover, and I believe we all have is that the life we live is ours! The distance that you travel, is the distance the Lord has mapped out for you so you have to keep going, keep walking, and keep on striving because God is there with you! Proverbs 3:23 ESV [23] Then you will walk on your way securely, and your foot will not stumble.

As you know and we see, that being Black in America has never been a great experience! There comes a time when, there is no words that can really help sometimes in our human emotions! Yet, even when we aren’t treated well God is still good, God is still our refuge, and God is still our Father! Psalm 46:1 ESV

[1] God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

There are times that you see birds fly, and there has been something’s about birds that have always fascinated me! There is much we can learn from birds, and how watching their examples can grow us in our relationship and appreciation to the Lord! Psalm 147:7 ESV [7] Sing to the LORD with thanksgiving; make melody to our God on the lyre!

As we continue to live in this life, there is something that is very true that when you stay close to God you can control your feelings! There are things that we can’t change, but you should always let your feelings and character remain the same! Don’t let who you are be neglected or affected, by anything that isn’t for you or likes you! Psalm 35:28 ESV [28] Then my tongue shall tell of your righteousness and of your praise all the day long.

There comes a time that faith kicks in, and the things we pray to the Lord for are the things that once God gives it to us we have to act out on it! The more we pray and we have bold prayers, than we should also have enough bold faith to walk out and live with what we have! Matthew 7:7 ESV [7] "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.
