Welcome to Day 23 of the Luke/Acts 52 Day Challenge.
Today we are reading Luke 23. This chapter walks us through the trial, sentencing, crucifixion, death, and burial of Jesus.
Jesus is declared innocent, yet still condemned. He is mocked, beaten, crucified, and placed between two criminals. And even in His suffering, He extends mercy to the thief who turns to Him in faith.
Luke 23 reminds us that the cross was not just an act of cruelty. It was the place where Jesus bore the weight of sin and opened the door of salvation.
Thanks for reading along with me as we continue through Luke and Acts, one chapter at a time.
p.s. Sorry for the delay in getting this one out, had some technical difficulties
