We chat with Chris Hennessy, highly respected drinks expert, bartender, cocktail maker, mixologist and proponent of all aspects of Irish whiskey, from tastings to historical recreations. Chris has assisted many brands with their development and been involved in Off the Cuff bitters and Aqua Vitae.

Patrick Shelley, Founder of Origin Spirits, talks to us about his journey from working with LVMH to establishing his own premium brand and range of spirits including the first Irish whiskey finished in seaweed charred casks. And in a world exclusive we unveil their latest new release.

We are joined by Managing Director Ed Forrest who will share the story of his journey establishing the store. We shall also be joined by Irish Whiskey Ambassador at Irish Distillers Gerard Garland who will guide us through the tasting of this wonderful Irish whiskey.
