Moms, we need to cut ourselves some slack. You’re awesome, and it’s time we say, “F@#k mom guilt!”
We need to stop comparing ourselves to others and trying to attain the perfect social media family. We need to cut ourselves some slack - our kids can eat Kraft Dinner or binge TV sometimes. And, most of all, we need to take care of ourselves and make ourselves a priority. We will be better moms, partners, and women because of it.
2020 has been difficult for our mental health. It's time to take care of yourself. In this episode, I'll give you some tips on how to keep a calm mind, especially during this COVID-19 pandemic.
