Did Keith and Carl put their podcast on hiatus because "planning season" sucked every minute of their time, like a child annoyingly sucking down that seemingly unending last drop of a chocolate malt? Yep.

Well, Keith and Carl are back and ready to drop their opinions on a topic that is close to home, and frankly, took part in their home. Successful businesses use strategic planning to drive results in the coming year, and Carl, being the planner that he is, thought it would be a stellar idea for the duo to create a strategic plan for the podcast on the podcast. Keith and Carl are back!

In Season 2, Keith and Carl step away from analyzing their corporate jobs - they may have had some explaining to do - to salute tireless workers in industries that are critical to our way of life. You can expect that they've spent time in many of these jobs - sometimes with success, sometimes not.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the Restaurant Industry and its workers have been severely impacted. Both Keith and Carl have worked in restaurants, either as food and drink slingers or bouncers. I'll let you find out who did what.. This is a salute to all of their restaurant friends, local food joints, dive bars and happy hour patio spots.
