In today's show we take a look at the superconscious mind, also known as the higher mind, and not only do we do a mini meditation to connect with it, but we also look at what it really is - which in my opinion is consciousness. 

I believe that keeping that connection and dialogue open with the superconscious mind is fundamental for having a happier, purposeful and more productive life (and business). It not only gives you a stronger sense of self, but it also holds all the answers to your questions. 

If you an empath type then you may lose that sense of self identity a lot, so keeping yourself tapped into your higher self can make a massive difference to your overall wellbeing.

This week's episode I look at 'waiting energy' and how so many of us are sitting in it, without even knowing it. We put things off, we find valid reasons not to do things or we don't take action.

But I'm not talking about procrastination, I'm talking about putting our lives on hold because of incorrect assumptions, not believing we can have the life we want, or thinking we don't have enough money. 

The problem is that sitting in 'waiting energy' means that we are then vibrating at that frequency and not only start attracting it back to us, but also stop moving forward with our lives. 

We embody waiting energy and therefore block our energy, and without even knowing it, we can end up sitting in this frequency, or state of being for years. 

How many times have we said to ourselves "when I have more money I will take that holiday"? Or "when I've lost 10lb then I'll buy that new dress". Or "when I can afford to pay a VA, then I'll do XYZ in my business". 

But with 'waiting energy' tomorrow never comes. 

Move yourself out of 'waiting energy' today and get your energy flowing again, so you can take action - sometimes any action - until you can get back to inspired and aligned action again.

In this week's episode I discuss my thoughts around Karma and freewill, and compare it to frequency rather than action. 

We often look at The Law of Cause of Effect in terms of action, but I have often felt that it's not the action (or good deed) that we do, its the thought and feelings (frequency) behind these good deeds. It's the frequency we are broadcasting that makes the difference.

In my opinion Karma is more to do with trapped low vibrational energy or "subtle matter, clinging to our light body". Which is hugely empowering. Because it means that we can do something about it, in this lifetime.

In the second part of this 3 part mini series, we look at the 2nd energy centre in the body, known as the sacral chakra. 

Blockages and stagnation can affect our emotions, feelings and even our levels of satisfaction in life. Trapped emotions or childhoods trauma's can block this energy centre and make it hard for us to become the true creators of our life, and manifest what we want. 

In this week's episode we run through how to tell if you have a blocked chakra, what to do about it and how it can affect our abundance and prosperity in life (blockages in any of the 3 lower chakras can effect our abundance and prosperity).  I talk about my own experiences of using these practices in my life and business and how it releasing energy blockages from my energy centres helped me to start enjoying my business again.
