Rachel Lipson and David Deming recently wrote an AEI report that provides an overview of what we know about the opportunities and challenges in reforming worker transition programs. I was pleased to invite them and Visiting Fellow Mason Bishop for a discussion about these issues and where policymakers should go from here.
