Host Mark Feichtinger introduces the IAESTE As.b.l. Podcast. As a student exchange organisation, which is run by volunteers, NGO or government employees or universities we are creating amazing stories. If you look at our website we have a section on experience reports, but in this podcast we want to go deeper. We want to talk about feelings, challenges, maybe fears but obviously the joy of doing something new. We want to talk about their experiences, challenges and learnings. In the end our podcast will be about stories from real life with people who took the step out of their comfort zone or who dedicate parts of their time to the service of those students going abroad. Therefore, I and other hosts will talk to the students who went on an IAESTE internship. We will talk to our employers and to our IAESTE executives. And we will talk to the student volunteers how they experience IAESTE.
