Recorded earlier this year. I wasn't sure if there was still use in sharing this as it's not where I am anymore, BUT then I thought, you know what? Someone may be here right now, and maybe they need to hear this. So here is the pod and the words I wrote then:

This is a very honest, reflective episode about something I've been moving through lately, which is detaching my self-worth from external circumstances, namely work—though I’ll speak to how this applies to various areas of our lives that we may notoriously attach our self-worth to.

I wanted to share this from the midst of moving through it, rather than from the other side as I figured there are likely some of you moving through a version of this, too, and it may serve to know you’re not alone.
