Haley Anderson is back for part 2 of our great conversation!
In this episode, she shares her perspective on how Generation Y feels about their life choices today, burnout, travel, and mental health.
Highlights include:
As a caring and compassionate pediatric nurse and daughter she continues to display her independence, strength and love in all that she does. Her character is full of energy that emulates everything she does - from the IV Queen to inspiring others with her dedication and passion.
Her warm personality and willingness to help others are truly admired by everyone who knows her.
I want to thank her—and all nurses—for their hard work, dedication, and the incredible difference they make every day.
Haley's message to everyone: She would like everyone to remember to live every day to the fullest. You never know what tomorrow will bring.

Welcome back to part 2 of my interview with singer, songwriter and music therapist, Maya Rogers!
She’ll share how music played a major role in her recovery from a brain injury caused by a car accident and how her occupational therapist insisted she return to teaching music, which ultimately led her to become a music therapist.
As you hear about her challenges and triumphs in healing, you’ll see how music helps people recover and find joy—including how the rhythm/beat of music helps patients with Parkinson’s.
Since our recording, she has shared her light in so many ways. You can find out more about Maya Rogers music here (The Gathering - EP - Album by Maya Rogers - Apple Music) and more about her children's book, (“Orion and the Remembering Tree!) and more by following her @Maya Rogers.

Maya Rogers is a music therapist, songwriter, mom, and wife with a heart full of love and compassion. You can feel it in this interview and every song she writes.
Growing up in a musical household, she was inspired to share her beautiful voice through healing, heartfelt melodies that touch the soul. As a little girl she came to love her voice when singing in the linen closet where she found the acoustic sound was better.
Through life’s ups and downs, music has been a guiding light for Maya. Whether she’s writing songs, helping clients as a music therapist, or singing to her own children, her voice carries love and healing. Her kindness is real, her heart is open, and her music is a gift to the world.
Her vision is to connect with children through music, and interactive playful conversations—creating a world where music becomes a bridge to learning and growth. Her journey has also led her to the transformative field of music therapy, where she helps others (and herself) heal through the magic of playing instruments and singing.
Thank you to everyone who has been so encouraging and supportive in all that I do! No matter where you are on your journey, know that you are not alone.
Leticia

988 has been designated as the new three-digit dialing code that will route callers to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline. While some areas may be currently able to connect to the Lifeline by dialing 988, this dialing code will be available to everyone across the United States starting on July 16, 2022.
When people call, text, or chat 988, they will be connected to trained counselors that are part of the existing National Suicide Prevention Lifeline network. These trained counselors will listen, understand how their problems are affecting them, provide support, and connect them to resources if necessary.
The current Lifeline phone number (1-800-273-8255) will always remain available to people in emotional distress or suicidal crisis, even after 988 is launched.

Welcome back to episode #7, part 3!
In my ongoing interview with spiritual medium Orly Altaras, I asked her what her thoughts were on losing someone to suicide and COVID.
I believe you will appreciate Orly's honest, compassionate, and sincere response. I hope you will find her insight interesting and helpful, as I did. With this awareness and the beliefs that I've grown up with, I know and feel that love never dies and that what we do for ourselves now is in honor of them.
ALL losses are heartbreaking and I want to express my heartfelt condolences to you and your family after a loss of a loved one. Since for some, these are difficult topics to discuss or ask about. I hope that you will find more comfort, clarity and peace after listening to Orly's insight in this ending segment of episode #7
It is important to do what is comfortable for our own lives, yet live our life to its fullest to show our loved ones that we are thankful for all the love they have given us.
Thank you for listening to the end of this episode!!
Please forward this episode to your family and friends so that they can listen to this heartfelt topic!!
