Amid rising concerns among Israel's allies over civilian casualties in Gaza, news has emerged about the Joe Biden government clearing a deal for precision-bomb technology to be supplied to Israel. A similar deal worth hundreds of millions of dollars was approved earlier too. The technology in question is SPICE - equipment which turns normal munitions into smart bombs.
