Many people across the world are thought to rely on traditional medicine for their primary health care needs. In this episode, we explore different definitions of traditional medicine and address some harmful traditional health practices, while also highlighting those that could have some health benefits. We also discuss ways to integrate traditional medicine and traditional health practices into our current health care systems.
