This morning, one of Switzerland's biggest festivals kicked off at 4am! The Basel Fasnacht. Katt and Emma were in town, broadcasting live from the centre of the city. Here they talk to Mark about what's happening over the next couple of days - its not too late to join in the fun.

With obesity rates climbing throughout the western world, many are warning of a public health catastrophe.

Michael McKay's guest this week is Dr. Johanna Ralston, CEO of the World Obesity Federation, and formerly CEO of the World Heart Federation. She is a global leader in noncommunicable disease advocacy, having worked for the American Cancer Society for many years.

She has a doctorate in Public Health; and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School and the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.

Dr. Ralston is also an Executive-in-Residence at the Geneva Centre for Security Policy.
