This week's guest with Michael McKay is Annika Hilding Norberg. She's the Geneva Center for Security Policy’s Cluster Leader for Peace Operations and Peacebuilding. Before that she was the Director of the International Forum for the Challenges of Peace Operations for 21 years. She founded that way back in 1996 as part of her research studies at the London School of Economics, the famous LSE.

She is from Sweden, and a former staff of the Swedish National Defence College and the Folke Bernadotte Academy, which is an agency of the Swedish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
