Donald Trump has swiftly named a flurry of key Cabinet positions for his second administration. He's chosen Florida senator Marco Rubio as Secretary of State, Fox News host Pete Hegseth as pentagon chief, and billionaire hedge fund manager Scott Bessent as Treasury Secretary.
