So Worlds of Wayne has been going for over 10 years now and as I started a new business last year, I contemplated letting go of this show. As time went on, I remembered all the fond memories I have had hosting and interviewing some pretty amazing folks over the years. So it is with great pleasure for me to say that I will be continuing the show. It'll have a little different format, one that fits my worlds a little better.
In this episode, I welcome my lovely wife Laurie as my cohost. We did the 5 O'clock Lifestyle Podcast together, but quit that when I quit drinking. So this is a way to combine the best of both worlds.
We talk about the show revamp, our adventures with our new business Dungeon Crate, OEAAs, troubles with facebook, psychic readings, and our Friday Morning Movie Club with a review of John Wick 2.
Enjoy.
In this episode I welcome friend and fellow musician Jonathan Friedman. Jon is also a talented magician, having practicing the art for many years. We talk about how he relates music to magic, the success of his book “The 80’s Called, They Want Their Magic Book Back,” his thoughts on magic and its evolution, and where he is planning on taking his mystical talents.

Biga is an award-winning author well known for his biographies including "Alexander Payne: His Journey in Film, A Reporter’s Perspective 1998-2012," a compilation of stories about the filmmaker over the course of 15 years.
“Leo portrays his subjects with both precision and generosity, practicing a literary journalism that is enlightening, honest, and immensely readable. His writing is eloquent and provocative, and quite often moving,” Timothy Schaffert

There's a new way to consume music in town. It's called RadiOmaha. Tara Vaughn is not only talented and beautiful, she’s a full-time working musician. Not many locals can say that. One of the most fascinating things about her is that she’s insanely charming, but when you hear her perform, it’s her phenomenal voice and soulful songs that transform her from playful conversationalist to star-quality musician.
Vaughn launched a successful Kickstarter to partially fund her new record “Dandelion Wine,” a record she somehow managed to write and record between tours with the McGuigan roadshow bands “Rave On,” “Yesterday and Today,” and “Rock Legends.” In fact, she found time to head down to Nashville and track with a notable producer (listen to the podcast to find out who). She’s currently looking forward to a break in her touring schedule to celebrate the release of her new 10-song full length.
On the podcast she talks about her touring, recording in Nashville, haunted gigs, milk from friends, and the comfort of no-pants interviews.
